Westover Animal Hospital is ready to take care of your pets even in these different times. We ask that you follow our protocol to keep us and you safe.
Westover Animal Hospital COVID-19 Protocol-
All appointments must be prescheduled. Upon arriving for your scheduled appointment, please do not enter the building. Instead, call our office to check in (883-1618). A staff member will speak to you by phone and discuss the details of your visit. A staff member will then meet you outside in the parking lot to transfer your pet inside. Please have your pet in a carrier or on a leash. Once your pet's visit is complete, a staff member will call you to discuss the details of the visit, answer your questions and collect payment. We would highly prefer payment to be made by a credit card or debit card that can be processed over the phone. Following payment collection, a staff member will meet you in the parking lot to transfer your pet to you. If you need to come by for prescription refills or any other products, please us a 24-hour notice.
