Our farmers are in the process of planting crops for the 2020 harvest season, ensuring we all have food to eat and clothes to wear, as well as countless other items such as toothpaste, soaps, medicines, tires, and hundreds of other everyday items not all of us realize depend on agriculture. Our Professional Lawn Care businesses are wide open making sure their customers' properties are ready for Spring. As an essential business, we will remain open to provide products, parts & service for those that rely on us to keep their operation running. Our branches remain open during normal business hours, but with updated safety policies in place to meet CDC and DPH guidelines. Customer service is our number one priority, right behind your health and ours. To answer your questions on how we are continuing to support you, we've listed here our latest operational updates.
• Visit the Flint customer portal to order equipment parts online, manage your account, view & print invoices - all accessible anywhere you have internet.
• We are delivering parts to you curbside. Directional signage at the main entrance will direct you where to go. Give us a call when you get there, and we'll have your parts right out.
• Our shops remain fully-functional and our technicians are hard at work. You can request equipment service online or by phone. For your protection, we prefer that you remain in your vehicle when dropping off equipment. Call the service department on arrival and a Flint representative will meet you outside, at a safe distance.
• Our sales team is available to assist, in any form. Phone calls, face-to-face (at a safe distance, of course), email or virtual meetings are all available to you. We'll make your sales or rental experience as easy as possible. You can shop & order new equipment online, and even browse hundreds of used equipment for sale as well.
