The West Side Y offers high-quality full fitness facilities with group exercise classes (including yoga, spin, pilates, boot camps, functional fitness classes, etc.), basketball gym, indoor pool, outdoor pool and kiddie pool, free weights, cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals, rowers, etc.), child watch, personal training, and more.
Membership at any YMCA of East Tennessee location includes access to all Y locations nationwide plus no membership contract.
As a nonprofit, the Y serves our community through 17 after school child care sites, 5 summer day camps, food programs, senior support, and more.
