Westminster Whimsy is a small family operation that has been producing dip mixes since the 1990s. Primarily seen at craft shows, we also have on-line sales and wholesale. We carry 14 regular varieties of herbal dip mixes that are to be mixed with sour cream, cream cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, or anything you like. They are also great for cooking.
