Upper Great Lakes Family Health Center (UGL) provides the full complement of comprehensive primary health care services across the lifecycles. Services at our Gwinn Family Health Center (on-site and through referral) include behavioral health, substance use counseling/services, medication-assisted treatment, care management, enabling services, education, and comprehensive outreach.
