The Physical Therapy Center

We have been serving our Black Hills Community for over 15 years. We take great pride in serving our patients with the most excellent care with the highest level of expertise and skill from our team of physical therapists. Our environment is relaxing, comforting and our friendly demeanor is important in helping our patients in leading a pain free, more functional life. We treat various conditions, low back and neck rehab, Pre and post-surgical rehab, Foot and ankle rehab, shoulder and knee rehab, work injury, auto injury, sports injury, vestibular impairments or dizziness and post concussion rehab. We recently developed CLUB75, a wellness center that is open 24 hours, also offers personal training and pilates sessions.
