Meeting children and families where they are mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. My work involves just that; being with children and adolescents in their own environment (home, school or the community) to work on behavioral, emotional, and mental health issues related to difficult life situations. Together we identify safe and healthy ways of coping with peer pressure, depression, anxiety, and trauma.

Family therapy is important to the success of any individual therapy process. Family therapy provides an opportunity for clients to practice the skills learned during their individual processes and be supported by family as they make the journey towards safe and healthy functioning.
