The Tangipahoa Community Health Center offers Pediatric, Primary Care and Behavioral Health services. We are currently offering telemedicine appointments for the safety and convenience of our patients. Patients can access a telemedicine visit from their smartphone, tablet or computer. Prescriptions can be filled through our pharmacy and we offer free home delivery of your medications. Our clinic is conveniently located off West Club Deluxe Road not far from Hammond Square Mall.
