The St. Bernard Community Health Center is located on the first floor of St. Bernard Hospital's (Ochsner) Medical Building. We now offer telemedicine visits for Pediatric, Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Podiatry, Industrial Medicine and WIC appointments. Telemedicine is safe, convenient and you can see a provider from the convenience of your home. Our pharmacy can fill your medications and we offer free home delivery of prescriptions.
