Since 2012 we have been serving Amarillo and the Texas panhandle some of the best slow smoked, authentic Texas bar-b-q there is. We serve brisket, pork ribs, chopped beef, 4 different kinds of sausage, pulled pork and ham. We offer smoked chicken on Fridays and smoked turkey on Saturday. Wednesday is smoked meatloaf and Thursday is smoked pork chops. Our sides include pinto beans, potato salad, Cole slaw, green beans, macaroni & cheese and we have many delicious desserts.
