The South Broad Community Health Center now offers convenient telemedicine visits via smartphone, tablet or computer. Patients can schedule a telemedicine visit by calling the clinic with one of our Primary Care or Licensed Clinical Social Workers. Prescription medications can be filled through our pharmacy and we offer free home delivery of your medication. We are a Medicaid Application site.
