This program is designed to meet the unique needs of each person. Serene Care Hospice wants to ensure that all families have support during the difficult time of losing a loved one. Bereavement services are available to any and all family. The program extends for 13 months following the loss of a loved one. Our bereavement program is a benefit of hospice and is included in the Medicare Hospice Benefit at no additional charge.
