NFusionX-Crossover

The services that are provided at NFusionX-Crossover include:
Day Treatment – Day Treatment provides an intensive outpatient alternative to residential treatment or acute psychiatric hospitalization and/or serves as a transition from these services.
Individual Therapy – One-on-one sessions in which Intensive Care Coordinators address identified behavioral and/or emotional problems.
Family Therapy – Sessions that take place between a mental health therapist and an individual’s family system with or without the youth or young adult present.
Shoulder to Shoulder Parenting Meetings – Free monthly classes are held at NFusionX-Crossover locations that provide parenting skills training, mental wellness psychoeducation, and peer parenting support. The topics discussed at each meeting are driven based on the needs of the parents or family members who attend. Medication Services – Medication can be provided at Weems Children and Youth Services in Lauderdale County. Medication evaluation and monitoring services provided are by a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner to assess the need for medication to address behavioral and/or emotional issues.
