Magic Valley Arts Council

The Magic Valley Arts Council is a private non-profit organization whose mission is to “to foster and promote experiences in the arts and culture for all people in the greater Twin Falls area”. We serve as an umbrella organization, bringing together arts groups, individual artists, patrons and our community as a whole.

In 1994, the organization was designated the official arts agency of the City of Twin Falls, however, we are not a City Department. Our Board of Directors is comprised of community-minded citizens, artists and business people, working together to encourage enjoyment of and participation in the arts.

Each year, we provide a variety of arts and cultural programming to the community, featuring rotating exhibits at the Full Moon Gallery of Fine Art and Contemporary Craft and these exciting programs:

Art of the Gift: Authors and Artisans on the Rim
Art in the Park
Arts and Eats - Food Truck Fest
Arts on Tour, in conjunction with the College of Southern Idaho
Brown Bag Lectures
Indie Lens Pop-up, free screening of select Independent Lens documentary films
Jazz on the Canyon, in collaboration with the Twin Falls School Foundation and CSI Jazz Camp
Kids Art in the Park
Missoula Children’s Theater
Summer Chalk Walk at the Municipal Band Concerts
Thousand Springs Arts Festival
Twin Falls Municipal Band Concert on the Canyon Rim
along with hosting traveling exhibitions of the Idaho Watercolor Society
