LCHD is a 24 bed Critical Access Hospital with a 24 hour Emergency Room. Personalized service is our main goal. You are not just another number at our hospital. We have 2 Primary Care clinics, one in O'Donnell and one in Tahoka, and a Fast Track clinic that is truly "FAST." Tahoka Drug is a full retail pharmacy with a hometown feel. Lynnwood Independent & Assisted living is adjacent to our facility offering care for your loved one. LCHD Rehab & Fitness Center offers a new gym & rehab services it is located in a historic building in downtown Tahoka.
