Lemongrass Thai and Sushi

We are a family owned, full-service, Thai, Sushi, and Hibachi restaurant in Columbus, GA. We have been opened since 2015. Nearly 100% of our menu options have gluten-free and vegan versions (or are already naturally gluten-free/vegan). We have over 100 sushi choices available on the menu, and we do custom rolls, as-well. We also have about 8 pages (of words, no pictures) of Thai food choices, in addition to serving hibachi (name your meat or mix-and-match).

Many of the vegetables we use in our food is grown in our garden, at home. Some examples are thai basil, lemongrass, thai chili peppers (these three are at the heart of nearly every thai dish). We also make our own sauces. We do not buy pre-made sauces to use in our dishes. We make them fresh (sometimes daily). This includes everything from the curries (the heart of any curry dish), to yum-yum sauce (additional sauces that typically come with hibachi meals), to the salad-dressing (which is made with 5 different vegetables and fruits plus just a few other ingredients).
