Ledge Craft Lane (LCL) is a not for profit art cooperative, housed in what was the original Fire Hall, built in 1885. Our artists and craft artists are juried members with original artwork in a wide variety of disciplines. Their creations make great gift items for everyone, kids through adults.
Additionally, LCL offers art/craft instruction and workshops for all ages throughout the year.
In the spring we hold our annual Art Aid Fundraiser (postponed until further notice) with silent auctions and raffle drawings. Summertime finds the Island on the Grand River bustling with vendors and shoppers during our Annual Island Art Fair, always the first Saturday in August. This juried show brings artists and crafters from all over the state for this one-day event. Visitors are met with 100 booths of unique and quality products while also enjoying musical entertainment, food, and rides on the Grand Princess Riverboat.
***Remodeling of our upstairs had just begun when the COVID-19 virus appeared, requiring us to close temporarily. As soon as we are able, the renovation will continue. This effort will allow us to offer additional classes/workshops. It will also be available for individuals, groups or businesses to rent space for an event or meeting, with seating up to 50 people. Updates can be found on our website (www.ledgecraftlane.com) and on our Facebook page as they occur.***

Join us for the 47th Annual Island Art Fair on Saturday, August 1st, 2020 - 9am - 4pm!
What a great day is planned!
** Discover unique, hand-crafted creations from the many artists converging on Grand Ledge that day.
** Live it up with a boat ride up and down the Grand River on the Grand Princess Riverboat - cruising every hour on the hour. Adults: $10, Kids 12 and under: $3
Last ride at 3:00pm
** Delight in the variety of music you’ll hear throughout the Island during the day!
** Rev up the fun with kids face painting!
** And of course, enjoy great food and beverages!
