Our diagnosis/estimate is free with no obligation to repair. Contact us through our website or via email, tell us about your issue, and send us some photographs of your timepiece. We will send you shipping/drop off instructions. When we have completed our estimate we will contact you via phone, email, or zoom to discuss the repair.
Please do not ship your timepiece to us until we have communicated with you on the best way to pack and ship your timepiece and given you an order number.
