Hospice Brazos Valley

Hospice Brazos Valley is the only non-profit hospice serving 17 counties in Central Texas with three offices to serve you in Bryan, Brenham, and La Grange. We also operate the only dedicated hospice inpatient facility in our community. The non-profit difference means that patients, not profits, guide the comprehensive care you receive. Our bereavement professionals lead a variety of grief support groups and programs for patients and families which extend above and beyond industry standards. Thanks to generous community support, all grief support groups and programs are offered at no cost and maintain an open invitation to anyone in the communities we serve.

Patient care and safety remain our top priority during the COVID-19 health crisis. Our team is taking COVID-19 very seriously as our patient population is at high risk for infection. Hospice Brazos Valley’s COVID-19 Response Team meets frequently to both review current information and coordinate our care team’s response and develop new protocols needed to keep patients, caregivers and team members healthy and safe.
