Great Southern Golf Club

The Great Southern Golf Club is an 18-hole Donald Ross designed and inspired course built in 1908 featuring spectacular Gulf Views with 4 holes actually overlooking the Gulf of Mexico's MS Sound. We introduced Covid-19 mitigation practices that included measures such as closing the bar, limiting proshop access to one person at a time, putting one person per cart [unless from the same household], sanitization of golf carts after each round, the elimination of rakes in traps, the reversing of cups thus eliminating the need to touch flags, and direction to maintain proper social distancing practices.
