We empower and intruct students for a better life. For over 54 years the Good Counsel Learning Center has been behind the scenes tutoring students who have a need to fill or an outcome they desire. We tutor English and math to help those who want to learn. Our one on one teacher /student framework is the most efficient procedure of learning that takes a student from where they are at presently towards what they want to become in the future.

Events and Information
This year we will host Shrimpin' Mardi Gras Style at the Kato Ballroom on February 25th, 2022. We start with happy hour at 5 pm to serving a succulent boiled shrimp dinner followed by The Jack Brass Band at 7pm. We will also have a French Quarter Casino where patrons can play for prizes on any of ten card tables. This is all under the guidance of our Jester/MC who will anoint the royal King and Queen of the Mardi Gras Parade. Doors close at 10 pm
