How Covid-19 is effecting the real estate market.

I've done some research & this is my take away...

Although it is scary times, don't worry about your real estate investment. This is not a housing crisis or housing adjustment. The pandemic is temporary and will pass. People are still buying and selling real estate. We are finding the people in the market now are serious buyers. The interest rates are at their lowest and stimulus packages are in effect. If you are thinking about selling it is a good time to do so.
NOW MORE THAN EVER, REAL ESTATE IS A VERY SOLID INVESTMENT.
