Atlantic Internal Medicine (AIM) is a primary care practice that has been a pillar of the community since 1986. It has remained small and independent despite pressure from the current healthcare system to provide assembly line care. The goal of AIM is to provide you with a top level patient experience that meets Dr. Crane's high standards for delivering medical care. We preserve a physician-patient relationship that is increasingly at risk. Our concierge model, AIM Plus, allows us to assimilate the many pieces of a fragmented and impersonal medical delivery system and personalize it to the individual.
