Ascent is the Wraparound Services provider for Northeast Louisiana. Wraparound is a Medicaid waver service for youth across the state of Louisiana. Ascent focuses on youth who are at risk of being placed out-of-home or in an alternative school. Our mission is to bring hope where it has been lost. Services are available ages 5-20 who are dealing with complex social, behavioral or mental health issues.
Our process is simple. We incorporate family members and coordinate with organizations in the community that can have a positive impact on the youth and ultimately meet the family’s desires
