We offer a broad array of programs and services focused on meeting your needs. As a non-profit, most of our services are provided at no charge. Some of our services and programs include: Aging & Disability Resources, Aging Well Speaker’s Bureau, Benefit Checklist, Maine Legal Services for the Elderly, Medicare and Insurance Counseling, Preventing Fraud and Scams, Adult Day Services, Aroostook Regional Transportatio, Care Partner Education and Support, Eldercare Personal Support, Friendly Visitors, Planning for the Future and Money Minders. Our Nutrition Services include Community Dining, Easy Meals, Meals on Wheels and USDA Food Box Program. Our wellness services include Aging Well Expo, Bone Builders, Living Well with Chronic Conditions, Matter of Balance and Tai Chi.
